Today our land is stressed to provide the same levels of vitamins, minerals and nutrients as subsequent generations enjoyed in their diets. The very technology that has made it possible to deliver so many products to so many people is causing soil depletion, it is preventable and reversible. Today billions of dollars are raised, donated, granted and spent in an effort to cure or treat or minimize the effects of diseases that have continued to kill and maim the afflicted, tear families apart physically, emotionally and financially.  Today I am standing up to fight for us all and our future, we are going to fight with knowledge, because knowledge is power.
